1. Cancellation by Traveler
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the trip start date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by SidespinAdventures
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural calamities, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule your booking.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Changes to Booking
Any changes to the trip date or package must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Expenses
Any optional activities, add-ons, or third-party services booked through SidespinAdventures may be non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
