Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SidespinAdventures, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with us.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the trip start date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip start date are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by SidespinAdventures

If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural calamities, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule your booking.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to the trip date or package must be requested at least 5 days in advance.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Non-Refundable Expenses

  • Any optional activities, add-ons, or third-party services booked through SidespinAdventures may be non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
